What kind of risk do we reduce?

Production contamination risk

We reduce the risk of product contamination with pests or substances for pest control. We limit the risk of withdrawal of part of goods from the market, strengthened sanitary controls or production suspension.

Infrastructural loss risk

We determine the guidelines for appropriate protection of facilities that limit the risk of damage to electrical and IT networks, production machines, structure of walls, floors and roofs.

Risk of operation continuity loss

We reduce the risk related to the necessity to stop the production process as a result of product contamination of equipment damage.

Epidemic risk

We reduce the conditions favourable for pests’ existence. We eliminate pests disseminating pathogenic germs such as; bacteria, fungi, viruses that can cause illness, i.a.: salmonellosis, mycosis, tuberculosis, leptospirosis, rickettsiosis, relapsing fever, transmission of parasites i.a.: tapeworms, intestinal worms, fleas.

Our actions aim at the reduction of damage or contamination caused by pests in the stored intermediate products, goods and ready-made products.

Risk related to noncompliance with law

We ensure correctness of monitoring process and pests control. The applied technology and completeness of the records related to the service limit the risk of punishments, fines, negative results of audits.

Designing an effective system for pests monitoring and prevention in pests control limits the risk of products and company value loss. Control and regular planning of activities that maintain the highest level of protection system efficiency against financial loss, contribute to the creation of competitive advance of our partners.

How do we operate?

Market consolidation

In 2016, we took over more than 100 facilities served by the oldest Polish DDD company. The strategical purpose of our operation is market consolidation of the Pest Control services.
We aim at DDD (disinfection, disinsectization and deratization) services standardization and improvement of hygiene and sanitary safety of enterprises in Poland.

Flexibility

Protection systems are designed in accordance with the specification of each plant. We take into consideration the location, uniqueness and type of performed operations of each facility.

Compliance with the implemented Integrated System of Quality Management

Quality and occupational health and safety management system is compatible with the norms implemented in VACO: PN-EN ISO ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 45001:2018, EN 16636:2015. The System implementation helps us improve and develop our work organization, as required by the growing expectations of our clients and auditors.

Providing the highest standard of services

Together with the Technical Committee CEN/TC 404 of the Polish Committee for Standardization, we have created the Polish Norm EN 16636:2015. In 2016, we obtained the certificate compliant with the norm EN 16636:2015. It confirms the highest quality of deratization, disinfection and disinsectization services which is compliant with the European requirements.

Application of modern technologies in communication.

We offer our partners any modern means of communication. Technical documentation of the performed DDD services is available in an electronic form in the VMS RocNet system.

Compliance with law

We support our clients in legal and substantive issues. As a result, they do not bear the risk of penalties, fines or negative results of audits of the VACO operating area. We help our clients in reaching business goals and gaining competitive advantage.
